Alarm and Video Monitoring Center

Our company provides site monitoring services at the highest quality standards, with the objective of efficiently handling all security-related events affecting the protected premises.

Through the EUROGUARD central monitoring center, protected sites are continuously monitored 24/7. Using state-of-the-art equipment, our monitoring center collects critical data regarding the operation and proper functioning of intrusion alarm systems installed at the protected locations.

Communication between the alarm systems and the monitoring center is carried out via fixed or mobile telephone lines (landline, GSM, GPRS). When required, the on-duty dispatcher, using advanced voice and data communication equipment, dispatches rapid response teams to the event location (burglary, panic alarm, system testing).

Our mobile intervention teams remain in constant contact with the command center. Using dedicated communication devices, we ensure continuous and direct communication with our clients.
